The water plant, replayed: one oracle, four hats

A language model is asked once to describe a small water plant. Four copies of my father's engine, one per station behind a WireGuard tunnel, receive the sentences and answer operator questions with no model and no network. Step through the call, the lines landing on each station, who knows what, and the two probes that prove the boundary held.

August: Osage County, act one, as hats in rooms

Seven copies of my father's symbolic NLP engine, one per character, each hearing only what was said in the rooms it was in. Step through the beats, watch what each hat knows, and compare the engine's own sharing against a control that lands every line.
